Originating from Hanoi, bun cha is a popular Vietnamese salad, popularised in the West by Barack Obama and Anthony Bourdain in 2016. While bun cha is served with pork belly and pork meatballs, bun ga nuong is a lighter chicken salad perfect for warmer weather.

Ingredients
80ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
60ml Lime Juice (2 limes)
20ml Fish Sauce
20g Sugar
20g Oil
In a small pan, Heat the Sweet Chilli Sauce, Fish Sauce, Sugar and Oil until the sugar dissolves then set aside and cool until room temperature, In the Lime Juice and taste. It should be sweet, sour & and a little salty.
