2016

Atlas Dining Launched

At 22 Years Chef Charlie Carrington launched Atlas Dining in South Yarra. Atlas Dining was awarded 1 Chefs Hat in the Good Food Guide & Best New Restaurant. Charlie is the youngest Chef/Owner to ever a receive a Chefs Hat.
2018 & 2020

Chef Charlie Carrington on Masterchef

Chef Charlie Carrington was invited to be a guest judge on Masterchef. He was beaten in a challenge (lol) but returned again as a judge for an episode on Global Cuisines.
2019

Atlas at the Australian Open

Chef Charlie the Atlas Brand were invited to cook at the Australian Open. He has brought a new concept each year which he is very proud of.
2020

Atlas Masterclass Launches

Due to the Pandemic Atlas Masterclass is launched and is an instant success. Due to the lockdowns our 10 restaurant staff are kept employed and we grow to a team of 85 staff.
2025

End of an Era & New Beginnings

Atlas Masterclass & Atlas Weekly are combined and rebranded to Atlas Market. Chef Charlie has decided to focus 100% on Atlas Market and closed his beloved restaurant Atlas Dining after 9 incredible years. His vision for Atlas Market is to Atlas Market makes dinner time effortless β€” delivering fresh, chef-made food and simple recipes that help people Cook Better, Eat Well, and Share the Magic around the table.
