Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions & Pre-Orders)

For recurring or subscription purchases:

• Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled any time through your customer account.

• To cancel or modify your subscription before your next delivery, changes must be made at least all changes after Wednesday 9am for that weeks delivery can not be guaranteed.

• If you cancel after the cut-off, you will still be charged for and receive that week’s order.

For one-time pre-orders (e.g., holiday boxes), cancellations are only accepted up to 5 days before delivery.
