Our cut-off

That’s when we close orders for deliveries the following Saturday or Monday. Subscribers don’t need to reorder.
Subscriptions are charged on the same day each week as the day you signed up.

We shop, prep & pack

Charlie’s team buys fruit and veg at Epping Market and makes every sauce from scratch in our Cheltenham kitchen.
Everything is portioned to your plan and packed chilled.
04Saturday or Monday

Delivered, then dinner

Your box arrives between 8am and 6pm. Cuisine Boxes come with step-by-step recipe cards; with the Shop Box, you cook your way.

Where do you deliver?

Selected Melbourne suburbs on Saturdays and Mondays, between 8am and 6pm, plus Tuesday and Wednesday delivery to selected regional postcodes. Check your postcode above or at checkout. There’s no pick-up option.

When do orders close?

Tuesday at midnight for that week’s Saturday or Monday delivery.

What’s the difference between the two boxes?

The Cuisine Box (meal kit) brings a new cuisine each week, with sauces made from scratch in our Cheltenham kitchen and chef Charlie Carrington’s step-by-step recipe cards. The Weekly Shop Box is premium proteins, vegetables, pantry staples and sauces with no recipe cards, so you cook your way. Compare the boxes.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Yes. Log in to your account and open your subscription to skip a week, pause or cancel anytime. No lock-ins. Going away? Pause instead. Cancelling is permanent, and you’d need to subscribe again.

How much is delivery?

Free on every subscription box. One-off boxes have a flat $10 delivery fee.

When am I charged?

Subscriptions are charged on the same day each week as the day you signed up (every second week on a fortnightly plan). One-off boxes are charged at checkout.
