Every Atlas Market box is built on produce we’d proudly serve in our own restaurant — grass-fed beef, free-range chicken and pork, Tasmanian lamb, Daintree barramundi and market-fresh vegetables — with the sauces, marinades and spice blends made by our chefs in Alphington.

Our beef comes from Greenham, a family-owned Australian producer renowned for premium grass-fed beef. Our lamb is Lamb of Tasmania — raised on lush pasture in one of the cleanest farming regions on earth.

Bannockburn Chicken & Valencia Pork

Bannockburn Free Range Chicken is a Victorian benchmark — slow-grown, free-range birds trusted by Melbourne’s best restaurants. Our pork is Valencia free-range pork, chosen for its flavour and welfare-first farming.

Our barramundi comes from Infinity Blue in the Daintree — clean, sweet saltwater barramundi raised in pristine tropical waters in far north Queensland.

Our chefs hand-select fruit and vegetables at the Melbourne Wholesale Market in Epping every week — buying what’s in season and at its peak, not what fits a set list. That’s why the menu changes with the seasons.
