Ordering

Can I order just once?
Yes — you can try a one-off box anytime. No subscription required.

What’s the difference between the boxes?
The Weekly Shop Box gives you flexible ingredients to cook your way.
The Cuisine Box is a guided experience with recipes and a featured cuisine each week.

When do orders close?
Orders close Tuesday at midnight for weekend delivery.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Melbourne.

What days do you deliver?
Saturday and Monday (Tuesday for regional areas).

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on subscriptions.
One-time orders have delivery calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions

Can I skip or pause?
Yes — you can skip, pause or cancel anytime.

Am I locked in?
No lock-ins. Full flexibility.

Why subscribe?
Subscribers get free delivery and better overall value.

Where does the food come from?
We source premium meats and fresh produce from trusted suppliers.

Are meals pre-portioned?
Yes — everything is portioned to your selected size.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

When am I charged?
You’re charged at checkout for one-time orders.
Subscriptions are charged weekly (on the day you sign up) before delivery.
