Everything you need to know before your first box.
When will my box arrive?
Order by Tuesday midnight and your box arrives that Saturday or Monday, between 8am and 6pm, depending on your postcode. Choose your preferred day above and check your postcode in the delivery section.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to selected Melbourne suburbs on Saturdays and Mondays, 8am–6pm, plus Tuesday and Wednesday delivery to selected regional postcodes. We don’t offer pick-up. Check your postcode to see your delivery days.
Can I skip a week, pause or cancel?
Yes. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before the Tuesday midnight cut-off. There are no lock-ins.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, every subscription box is delivered free. One-off boxes have a $10 delivery fee.
How much cooking is involved?
Most dishes are on the table in 15–30 minutes. Sauces are made from scratch in our Cheltenham kitchen, and every box comes with step-by-step recipe cards.
What if I don’t fancy a week’s cuisine?
The menu is published ahead of time, so you can see what’s coming and skip any week before the Tuesday midnight cut-off.
